Method 4: Reset the Network Setting

Method 5: Clear Chrome Host Cache

You can also clear chrome host cache, to resolve Err_Empty_Response error. For this, you have to open incognito mode by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner and choose the New incognito window, or you can open this by pressing ctrl+ shift +N.

Then type chrome://net-internals/#dns and press enter. Then click on a clear host cache button. 

Method 6: Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus

It may be possible that your antivirus is blocking access to some or most of the website, this is the reason that you are getting the error message. You have to temporarily disable the antivirus so that you can make sure that the third-party antivirus is not causing the problem. If you are using any VPN client, then disable that also along with this.
